  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, we are licensed with the state of Oregon.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we offer direct deposit.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A copy of the tenant’s signed lease will be uploaded to your owner portal so you can view it anytime you like.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes, we are a full service real estate office.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Rent is due on the 1st and considered late 4 days later. Most of our tenants pay rent using our online service.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We sign 1-year lease terms.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    We typically charge one month’s rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as you would like.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage single family, multi-family, commercial and mixed use.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You will receive a monthly report and an annual report with your 1099.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    Pennbrook will hold the security deposit and do a disposition letter to the tenant within 31 days of their move out.
