    No, sorry you must first be accepted before you can hold a place.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    No, we collect first month’s rent and a security deposit.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Yes, security deposits are refundable.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    If you do not meet one of our qualifications you will more than likely need a cosigner.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    You can apply here on our website.
  • How do I pay rent?

    You can pay rent online, by mail, or in our office.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Pets must be approved first. Send us a message through your portal and we will reach out to the owner on your behalf for approval.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    You are legally responsible for the lease until it expires. Once the lease is up for renewal your roommate can apply on their own.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Send us a message through your online portal that you would like to renew your lease.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    If a repair is needed and you did not cause the damage, the owner will pay for the repair.
