Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed with the state of Oregon. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we offer direct deposit. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A copy of the tenant’s signed lease will be uploaded to your owner portal so you can view it anytime you like. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we are a full service real estate office. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is due on the 1st and considered late 4 days later. Most of our tenants pay rent using our online service. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We sign 1-year lease terms. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We typically charge one month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as you would like. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, multi-family, commercial and mixed use. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a monthly report and an annual report with your 1099. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Pennbrook will hold the security deposit and do a disposition letter to the tenant within 31 days of their move out.
